A total of 109 guest rooms surround the island, mostly lining the white beaches of Palm Beach, crafted in 4 different styles to better suit the guest needs. All rooms have been designed with a Maldivian touch, tucked away in thick vegetation and scattered along the length of the island to ensure a total privacy.
The front side of the bungalows offers a comfortable patio provided with a “hundoli”, typical Maldivian swing, and allows to you enjoy the sea view and the sunset. Palm Beach offers high level service and structures. Everything is well kept in all the details, and the environment results very smart and tuned with the beauty of the island.

60m2 surface area. The deluxe bungalows (sunrise and sunset side), include a bedroom, a dressing room, and an open air bathroom.

Deluxe Superior
60m2 surface area. The deluxe superior bungalows (sunrise and sunset side), same facilities as the deluxe, are located in a privileged position closer to the main complex. Maximum capacity 4 pax (additional beds on request), baby bed on request, twin bed not possible. Safety box available at the reception.

Villas
80m2 surface area. The villas divided in 2 floors are the nearest to the main complex. Villas include a living room, an open air bathroom, and sport an upper floor bedroom and balcony with breathtaking ocean views.

Presidential Suites
You'll find the best of the luxury in our PRESIDENTIAL SUITES, at disposal of our VIP clients with an all inclusive treatment. The presidential suites of around 300m2 include 2 huge bedrooms divided by a central living room with a dining room, 2 open air bathrooms, and a private patio. Each corner of this wonderful suites is well-kept in all the details.
The furniture of Balinese style with huge use of great value woods and natural materials are embellished by parquetries.
Each bedroom has its own dressing room, a comfortable sofa and an open air bathroom with shower and bathtub. Furnished with every comfort, the suites offer : mini-bar, air conditioning, ceiling fan, satellite TV, dvd player, cd player, telephone IDD, hair dryer, hot/cold desalinated water, bathtub, outdoor shower, bidet, shampoo, body lotion, shower gel, bath towel, face towel, hand towel, beach towel, bath robes, umbrella, candles, plug English type, transformer, safety box.
The middle living room area with its wide windows displays a wonderful sea view.
Surrounded by a rich tropical vegetation, the suites are located on the sunset side of the island directly on the sea. It can accommodate from 4 to 6 persons.
The Presidential Suites can be subdivided in 2 Junior Suites (max 2 persons) and each one includes the bedroom, the dressing room, the open air bathroom, and the private patio. When the clients book for a Junior Suite, the central living room is closed in order to maximize the privacy.
To ensure the luxury and privacy of the suite, the clients will have at their disposal only one interlocutor, their butler. His aim is to facilitate and solve all their requests, to organise their daily meals and activities, by personalising the service and anticipating any needs. He'll protect their privacy and be at their disposal from the arrival date until the departure date.
